Since 203 we have build 3 buildings in Hoi An. 1 Restaurant & living. 1 Restaurant and at the moment (May & October 2012)1 house.

We have worked with 3 different contractors, painters, carpenters black smith, gardeners etc. We designed the buildings our self but later the design has been officially made by (government) architects!

Not only technical issues are the matter but also cultural ceremonies are an important part off buying land, starting the building process and opening a business.

Feng Shui is part off the Vietnamese cultural and certain positioning from doors, windows, stairs and other parts off the house could need special attention!

Have a look at our last building project 'Green Apple Land' which is scheduled from the 16th off May till November 2012.
